Terms and Conditions

Effective 10 October 2026 ยท Money Wise Android app (com.superizz.moneywise)

Important: You use Money Wise at your own risk. The developer (Superizz) accepts no responsibility for any missed, late or incorrect payments, fees, penalties, financial loss, data loss or other damage arising from using or relying on the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Money Wise app, published by Superizz ("we", "us", "the developer"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Money Wise is

Money Wise is a personal record-keeping tool. It helps you record bills and income, set reminders and view summaries. It doesn't connect to your bank, doesn't make or receive payments, and doesn't move money. Marking a bill "paid" or turning on "autopay" only changes the record in the app; it doesn't pay anything.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing in the app or on this website is financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Totals and reports are calculated from the information you enter and are for your own reference only.

3. Reminders are best effort

Reminders depend on your device: notification permission, battery optimisation, power-saving modes, the device being on, and Android's scheduling of background work. We can't guarantee that a reminder will arrive, or arrive at a particular time. You remain responsible for paying your bills on time. We aren't responsible for late fees, penalties or other losses caused by a missed or delayed reminder.

4. Your data

The information you enter is stored on your device and belongs to you. You're responsible for keeping your device secure and for any backups. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Android devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with these terms and Google Play's terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except where the law allows it), resell or redistribute the app.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the app for anything unlawful, and don't try to interfere with it or with other people's use of it.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the app or any feature at any time. Some future features, such as syncing across devices, may have their own additional terms, which we'll show you before you use them. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations will meet your needs.

9. No responsibility of the developer

You are solely responsible for your finances, for checking your bills and due dates with the companies you pay, and for every decision you make using the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer takes no responsibility and accepts no liability for:

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, or for loss of data, profits or money, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the app again or, at our option, paying the cost of having it supplied again. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under consumer protection laws that can't lawfully be excluded.

11. Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you breach these terms.
